Voting Question: Is Todd Jones worthy of induction to Cooperstown?

Even though he won't be eligible for 5 years is he HOF worthy? He's only played in 1 All-Star Game and won 1 AL Rolaids Relief Award, both in 2000. His 42 saves in 2000 led the AL and is the Detroit Tigers single season record. He's ranked 59th on MLB's all-time strikeouts/9 IP list (7.29), 15th on the games pitched list (982), 14th on the saves list (319) and 15th on the games finished list (619).
